We are the farmers, ranchers, loggers, miners, hunters and trappers who provide the materials to feed clothe, shelter, and furnish recreational opportunities for the citizens of this great nation. No person nor government will take better care of our natural resources than those who have invested their lives and savings in them and whose livelihood depends on them. We are the stewards, the shepherds, the caretakers of our land. We are the true environmentalists.

PLOW is open to any individual or business who believes in free enterprise, property rights, protecting the economy of rural Wisconsin and America, and the wise use of natural resources.

PLOW is concerned about government intrusion into large scale land management activities such as the Lower Wisconsin Riverway, Heritage Corriders, bluff management plans and other restrictive land use regulation.

PLOW is concerned about the loss of control by local elected officials, by the loss of timber and development rights on private land without just compensation.

PLOW is concerned that landowners and all citizens are being denied equal protection of the law as guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
